Ride requests

The website helps visitors send ride details to LA City Taxis. A request is not a confirmed reservation until the taxi service responds and confirms availability.

Availability and pricing

Pickup time, vehicle availability, route, estimated arrival, and fare must be confirmed directly with the taxi service. Traffic and other conditions may affect service.

User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and trip information and to use the website only for legitimate transportation requests.

We try to keep information accurate and current, but the website is provided without a guarantee that every feature or service will always be available.
